Dear Friend in Faith,
Lent is a season to renew our commitment to the work of the Lord by helping those in need. It is the season of personal transformation that calls on us to consider sacrificing for the good of others.
As we enter into the season of Lent, Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County (HFHMC) invites you to help us build homes and support community redevelopment through your participation in our annual Lenten Appeal. HFHMC provides affordable housing solutions for low-moderate income hard-working families. Proceeds from the Lenten Appeal will help families like the Rivera and Nolan families who achieved the dream of homeownership in 2016, while helping to transform communities in need of revitalization.

Your support will also allow us to continue to offer assistance to low-moderate homeowners in need. Our programs, A Brush With Kindness and Ramps & Rails, are helping seniors age in place safely. The construction of a wheelchair ramp for Mrs. Ann Parker (above) is one of our latest projects! Mrs. Parker is now able to safely enter and exit her own home, greatly enhancing her independence.
Our organization’s ability to continue to do God’s work in our community is dependent on the generous support of donors like you. As we journey through the season of renewal, we invite you to continue to pray for our ministry and for a world where everyone has a decent, safe place to live.
Thank you and God bless you.
Sincerely,
Anthony Fusco
