Youth partners collect 2,000 lbs of items to support Habitat

Clothing DriveOn February 28, our youth partners including our local Campus Chapters hosted a Clothing & Shoe Drive to benefit Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County. For every 1 lb of new or gently used clothing, Habitat received 20 cents. The students collected and loaded nearly 2,000 lbs of clothing and other items to help support Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County. That is close to 1 ton of unwanted clothing that has been diverted from landfills thanks to support from our local youth and donations from our volunteers.
